Order Processing & Shipping

Estimated Delivery Date

EssentiallyArt.com is committed to your satisfaction and to helping you make an informed purchase decision by providing complete product information about our high quality bronze sculpture, figurines and water fountains along with estimated shipping times.

One of the many advantages to buying on-line is that most internet based stores don't have a physical store location and don't carry large inventories. This helps to keep prices very low. In fact, we've seen some of the products sold on Essentiallyart.com for as much as double the price at brick and mortar locations.

Please also know, that we buy our products from the same suppliers as competing web sites so it is highly unlikely that another online merchant can deliver your purchase any faster than Essentiallyart.com can.

For your convenience, you'll receive an automated e-mail confirmation immediately after you place your online order. Please save your order confirmation e-mail and include your order tracking number in all e-mail correspondence. Your tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you upon shipment of your purchase.

Please note that the shipping time from us to you (or from our figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain suppliers to you) is in addition to any product lead-times quoted by our suppliers. Estimated lead-times are subject to change due to possible backorders or due to a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain being out of stock.

If you need expedited delivery, please feel free to email Customer Service with your needs. Sometimes, however, due to factors beyond our control, we may not be able to accommodate a requested or projected delivery date. We will however do our very best to expedite your order, but EssentiallyArt.com cannot guarantee a requested delivery date of your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain purchase. You, however, have our commitment, that we will always do our best to meet our original estimated shipping times.

If our supplier informs us of a change in the availability of any figurine, bronze sculpture and water fountain in your order, Customer Service will notify you immediately by e-mail. We truly regret any delays in your estimated delivery date. While EssentiallyArt.com can not be responsible for changes in supplier inventories of specific figurine, bronze sculpture and water fountain, Customer Service will work closely with you to help ensure that your order is shipped in the timeliest matter possible.

Some of the high quality figurines, bronze sculptures and water fountains offered for sale at EssentiallyArt.com are kept in stock while others must come from our suppliers. If you wish to cancel your order, you must cancel your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain purchase prior to it being shipped to avoid any potential restocking fees.

Payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. No refunds are available on special or custom orders. If you cancel a figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain purchase that has already shipped, a restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount.

You are responsible for the cost of safely shipping your bronze sculpture, figurine or water fountain purchase back to us. It is recommended that you insure the return for its full value as you are responsible for the safe return of your purchase return.

Shipping Charges

Ground shipping to you is free within the continental U.S.A. on all figurines, bronze sculpture and water fountains.

Shipments outside the continental U.S.A. will be shipped at cost and will be added to your purchase price. Within the continental U.S.A. our standard shipping method is UPS or DHL Ground Service, which normally takes 3-7 business days depending on your shipping destination's zone. UPS and DHL require a physical address and do not deliver to an address that includes a P.O. Box.

Most purchases are shipped via UPS Ground; however, when appropriate we also ship via DHL. While you don’t need to be home to receive a delivery, you must inspect your purchase and e-mail our Customer Service department to report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.

"Rush" shipping is available for an additional charge within the 48 contiguous United States of America only. Our express delivery service will take 2 full business days, allowing 1 business day for warehouse order processing. For more information on rush deliveries and delivery rates, please contact our Customer Service department.

Reporting Damaged/ Defective Sculpture, Figurines or Water Fountains

If, upon inspection, you discover that the packaging is damaged, please open the package and inspect your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain. In many cases the packaging may be damaged but the purchase is in good order. In the case your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain is damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately for assistance. If the packaging is not damaged, but you find that the figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain inside is damaged or defective, save the original packaging materials and immediately contact Customer Service. For all shipments, you must inspect your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain within 48 hours. This is necessary so that we can promptly resolve the problem.

When you make a report of damage or defect to Customer Service, we will take immediate action to resolve the situation. All items must be put back into their original shipping materials for return to EssentiallyArt.com; in all cases you must save the original shipping materials or we will not be able to accept your the return or your figurine, bronze sculpture or water fountain, or process a credit, exchange or refund.

Order Tracking

Please e-mail Customer Service with your invoice or order number and we will respond as soon as possible with the most up-to-date shipping information. UPS and DHL deliveries normally take 3-7 business days, depending on location.
